Nadia qualified in 2005 and specialises in divorce and ancillary relief work, in particular disputes involving children relating to contact and residence. Nadia has a particular interest in cohabitation disputes which she believes is an interesting growth area of law.
Nadia has a proactive approach to resolving relationship issues believing that it is best for both parties to address matters as soon as possible in order that each are able to move forward with their lives.
Nadia trained in the Manchester and Liverpool areas after having achieved an honours degree in Law at Leicester University.
Nadia made a conscious choice at
the point of her qualification to work within the area of family law as she enjoys the mix of client contact and court experience.
Nadia made the move to Harrogate to join JARVIS in September 2010 after working with a central Manchester firm for a number of years.
Nadia is a keen cyclist, enjoys walking and is an avid baker.
