Fran Whelan is a 
solicitor who has over 14 years experience specialising in all aspects of family breakdown, dealing with resolving financial disputes and cases involving children. Fran is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel this accreditation recognising her expertise in this area of Law.
Fran is a member of Resolution. Fran is also collaboratively trained and accredited by Resolution as a Collaborative Lawyer, totally supportive of their approach to resolving family disputes outside the court forum.
