Angela Moores
Angela Moores has over 25 years experience specialising in family law and has an enviable reputation across the north of England for having a strong, no nonsense approach on behalf of her clients.
Angela is one of the few solicitors in the north of England to hold the highest level of Resolution accreditation - Stage II in Financial Provision – handling high value and complex financial settlement on divorce.
Having a pragmatic approach, Angela enjoys particularly supportive relationships with her clients - she is respected for putting together creative solutions with complex asset settlements and has a strong following for this specific skill.
Angela is a specialist dealing with business assets and pensions on divorce.
A member of ‘Resolution’ – the highly regarded accreditation for family lawyers - Angela worked with the Resolution training committee in London for a number of years and has contributed both to various publications and regularly speaks on local radio stations.
Angela trained and worked in Yorkshire for many years, latterly as a Partner with a central Leeds city firm. She moved to Manchester to work for a large city centre firm where she was a Partner and Head of the Family Law team for a number of years before choosing Harrogate to work in partnership with Jackie Nicholson creating JARVIS Family Law in the autumn of 2010.
Angela adopts a unique approach to the service 
she provides to clients being available out of hours for appointments and telephone contact, willing to meet clients across the north of England at times to suit their own work schedules. Her open and honest approach makes her very popular with clients.
When not working Angela enjoys playing golf, walking in the Yorkshire Dales and spending time with her family.
